Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a checkout at any time before payment is successfully completed by closing or leaving the checkout. No cancellation charge applies to an unpaid checkout attempt.

No paid access is activated until Cadster verifies a successful captured payment. If the payment is not successfully completed and verified, no API key or paid licence is created from that checkout attempt.

Once a successful payment has been verified and the purchased digital access, licence, or API key has been activated, the completed one-time purchase cannot normally be cancelled.

There is no recurring subscription to cancel for the current 30-day API-access product. The access remains available for its purchased validity period unless it is suspended or terminated under our Terms and Conditions or billing rules.

Stopping use of the service after activation does not by itself create a cancellation or refund. Any eligible refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the successful payment and is handled under our Refund Policy.

The current 30-day API-access purchase does not automatically renew. Access expires at the end of the purchased period unless the customer chooses to purchase or renew access again.

If Cadster introduces an automatically renewing plan in the future, the renewal and cancellation terms for that plan will be clearly presented before purchase.

Cadster may suspend or terminate access where required for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, unlawful activity, misuse, or a material violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Any refund eligibility following such action is determined under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
